Austrian Patent Office AT 13 413 Ul 2013-12-15 description TECHNICAL AREA The technical solution relates to a colored writing and drawing medium containing a cylindrical pastel mine with longitudinal color areas, which run parallel to the mine axis in essence, and a set of such media. PREVIOUS STATE OF THE ART Known is a mine containing colored writing and drawing medium in classic wooden or mechanical design with sliding color mines. Colored writing and drawing media usually contain a refill in one color and one shade of color. From the patent application DE 30 06 684 also media with multi-colored mines are known in which the color changes depending on the inclination of the mine. CZ UV 16234 describes a multicolored writing medium containing a color mine composed of different colors. When drawing arises the need to represent different shades or nuances of the same color. Mostly, this is done with a set of color media containing multiple shades of each color. From a utility point of view, however, such a solution is impractical because the user must use a different medium for each color. In addition, increases in this solution, the number of these media in the clothing by a multiple. This is impractical, especially when used as an artistic or educational tool. BEING THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION The deficiency of the prior art eliminates the colored writing and drawing medium with cylindrical pastel mine, the longitudinally arranged color areas which are parallel to the mine axis in essence, at least one of the areas is disposed within the pastel mine, where it is not in the lateral Surface of the mine jacket, but exits in the area from the top. The essence of the technical solution is based on the fact that the color mine of the subject medium of different areas with nuances is formed so that at least two of the color areas of the mine in one of the six color embossing areas of colors A, B, C, D, E , F fall in the colorimetric triangle (Figure 3). The areas with different nuances are in the form of a quadrangle and are arranged in the cylindrical mine checkerboard, in the regular change of the individual shades. To define the colors and shades, a colorimetric triangle has been used in which each color embossing area of the colors is defined as an area bounded by a point system in that triangle. The advantage of this solution is that the drawing regularly alternating fields of the individual color areas arise, so that the line is formed in each position of several traces of writing, which consist of similar shades or from their combinations by overlapping the tracks which can only be obtained very difficult by other means. The colored writing and drawing medium can be designed as a set of three or more of these media in different colors. EMBODIMENT OF THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION The colored writing and drawing medium consists of a cylindrical pastel mine 1 with a wood sheath. The mine 1 is composed of the longitudinal color areas 2, 3, 4 of different shades, which are parallel to the mine axis 1 in essence, wherein at least one of the areas of the same color shade within the pastel mine is designed so that it exits at its tip 1. The areas 2, 3, 4 are formed by different shades of the same color, which fall into one of the six embossing areas of the colors A, B, C, D, E, F in the colorimetric triangle shown in FIG. In this example embodiment, the color areas 2, 3, 4 of the mine of the colored writing and drawing medium according to the technical solution are formed by different shades of green color.
